Comes a new year and we all started to speculate about what is to come. This article is a little different than I usually do on trends. This time I'll talk about that I think will be the trends that will design during 2016.

2015 was a continuation of 2014 trends as far as graphic design is concerned. Very flat designs implemented by the Flat Design. Absence of shadows and gradients, split and glitter, textures, etc.

Trends in graphic design are closely associated with technology. You only have to see that the arrival of the Smart Phones led to Responsive Design and this in turn, with the intention of consuming less data rate users, resulted in the Flat Design, a very minimalist style where the effects hyper- realists of 2012 and part of 2013 were conspicuous by their absence.
